Carole Martindale was born and raised with her three siblings in Northern Virginia. She enjoys crafting, running concessions for Annandale High School, supporting Girl Scouts as a troop leader and council money manager, and holding a spot on the building and grounds committee at her local church. Carole began her bookkeeping career at her brother in law’s business, followed by several years working for a small business in Alexandria. She has been providing accounting support to small businesses for 15 years, and to MVLA since 2013.
Carole lives in Annandale with Tom, her husband, and 4 of her 5 daughters, who she enjoys watching compete in cross country, basketball, track and field, and lacrosse.
